Hard surface floor care services include stripping and waxing floors, using a floor stripping agent and an abrasive black pad attached to an auto scrubbing machine. We then carefully mop the floor with a pH neutralizing cleaner to remove any remaining residue. We finish by applying three coats of wax to ensure a brilliant shine is left on the floor, when we return to buff it just 24 hours later. S&S Janitorial uses only quality products to ensure that our finished floors are flawless.
For tile, marble and cement floors we use a neutral cleaner with an abrasive pad, then when dry, buff it to bring it to a high shine.
